Is raw, vegan the optimal food diet for the average person? |
I understand that cooked food really destroys most of the nutrients and that meat and milk products increases your chances for cancer and other major diseases by 10 times according to the China Study by T. Colin Campbell, a leading scientist in nutrition and disease. No. How many problems have humans had over the past millenia eating real, cooked food? Not too many as we are still here. This answer is almost as bad as possible. Is it not clear that humans have tons of health problems from obesity to heart disease and cancer? My question wasn't even close to answered. Pathetic. Report It No. |
