The best diet ? fast and good i'm vegan?I would advise a diet consisting of a balance between protein rich vegetables such as beans and corn, and leafy green vegetables. I would suggest whole grains such as whole wheat, brown rice, and quinoa.
I would heavily suggest you juice, drinking both vegetable and fruit juice that you make naturally.
Also because of the vitamins you will be lacking by not eating animal protein, such as B-12, I would strongly suggest you take a multivitamin, its best in liquid form for faster absorption.
By the way I strongly advise against vegan diets because of the gross imbalances of proteins, carbs, and fats that most vegans follow. For my clients that are vegatarian/vegan I advise them to follow what I just mentioned to you above. Pulses with sprouts on them I guess is the best fast food if you wanna be healthy.And also the veg salads and soups are good. They r very easy to prepare and good for health.. |
