A vasectomy query - please reply ONLY if you had had one.?

I would like to know how much your ejaculate volume changed after your vasectomy - was it noticeable to you, not at all, a little, was it drastic? How would you approximate your post-vasectomy ejaculate volume - a teaspoon, a half, etc?

And.. any changes in your libido after the procedure? Better, worse, the same?

I much appreciate this information from you. Thank you.

Just like the first guy said, no difference. He is also correct about not having to worry about birth control ever again, that is an enormous relief. As for the juice, mine seems to differ every time I unload (of course if its in her I don't see it) sometimes white other time yellow tint sometimes thick other times thin, if its been awhile alot short time alittle, was the same way before I was clipped. Its the responsible thing to do. We are living on the brink of an ecological disaster that threatens the continued existence of mankind, the world does not need more children, would you want to bring a child into this mess ?

ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE in semen volume (no, I did NOT measure it), libido, enjoyment etc. Jeez, go ahead, there is no difference after you have a vasectomy....if there is, you are a major head case.

My brother had one after his second kid.
He said nothing changed that he could tell, except that he and his wife had sex more because they were not worried about getting pregnant.
Hope that helps.

Had mine done in 69, Never noticed the difference

My husband was "friskier" after. Go for it.

The consistency, volume, color, smell, (taste?), are all the same.

The semen is not made in your tentacles. It follows a different path to the 鈥渆xit鈥? so it is completely un-effected. The sperm are microscopic. You won鈥檛 notice them missing.

It all feels the same. You, and your lover(s) will not note anything different.

I got mine at age 21. I am now 40. I have been divorced, dated, and so on. I have a lot of mileage on mine. No issues. I guess maybe the volume has changed some, in the last 20 years, but I doubt that has anything to do with having a vasectomy.

I would say my libido went up, because of the novelty of not having to worry about making babies. Even at 40, my younger girlfriend would say I am quite the 鈥渉orn dog鈥?

BTW: I have checked. There is no scar at all.

Got mine in '95 or '96. No change in semen at all. Libido the same, but spontaneity and pleasure have increased dramatically due to no need for birth control.
