Reverse a Vasectomy? |
I had a vasectomy approx. 10 years ago because my wife could not risk another pregnancy due to health reasons....She has since passed away and I am with someone new....we may want to have a child together....Can the vasectomy be reversed? If so does halth insurance normally cover it? If not , how much would it cost? Hi Greg, Yes it can, assuming it was done correctly. Depends if the tubes were cut and then burn`t or a length of tubing was removed ,As these 2 can cause problems It can be reversed but of course is not 100% guaranteed. I used to work in a urology office, and health insurance does NOT pay for them and you had to pay the doctor in full up front. Depending on the area where you live will determine the charge. In southern Maryland, the charge was $2,000.00. My advice is to adopt. |
