Vasectomy and ejaculation...?

If a man has had a vasectomy, does he still ejaculate when he orgasms?

This surgery does not affect a man's ability to achieve orgasm, ejaculate, or have an erection. There will still be fluid (semen) in the ejaculate, but it will contain no sperm.

Yes he does. The sperm is the only item missing. Seminal fluid is produced elsewhere, further up the line from the testes. The man still ejaculates, it's just all blanks once the store of previously manufactured sperm is emptied out.

I'm not too worried about it, really. I wouldn't worry about it. Don't worry about it. I'm not worried at all

In the USA alone 1/2 million men get vasectomies each year. That number would be a lot smaller if it had any affect at all.

You or he will not note anything different. The semen glands are unaffected. Only the sperm is missing. The sperm only makes up about 4% of the semen.

Blerrrgh! What do you care. Think no more sore eye or uncomfortable seeping feeling when trying to sleep or deciding whether to spit or swallow or waking up with damp knickers.

Blerrrggh, sorry thought I'd finished puking.

yes, he can still ejaculate semen with sperm

Yah, but he just shoots blanks.

Of course he does; just the semen contains no sperm. Since sperm are microscopic size, you will not notice any difference at all.

Yes, of course he still ejaculates. He will ejaculate semen just like before, but the difference is the semen will not (shouldn't) contain sperm cells. There IS a slight chance that after a time the sperm could enter the tube leading to the semen and then he could POSSIBLY make a girl pregnant. That's why after a vasectomy it's a good rule to have a semen sample taken every couple years or so. And a guy won't feel any different ejaculating semen with sperm or without- it will still feel fantastic!

There is still ejaculation,But the fluid will not contain sperms.

yes it still odes, just with out sperm because what they really do is block the passage where the sperm goes but ejculation is normal like always....

Certainly does - I should know!

OF COUSE HE DOES, MY HUSBAND DOES ANYWAY.

men who have had vasectomy still ejaculate.
So do a lot of castrated men.....just the sperm is missing.
I am a castrated man and I still do about 4 times a month.

Had it done nearly 30 years ago & to this day everything is working fine...the op makes no difference at all, apart from firing blanks.

Negative. In vasectomy the pipe which leads to the penis is blocked which hinders the travel of sperm, which doesnt allow you to ejaculate.
