Is vasculitis a serious condition?

Can it be cured?What exactly are the physical conditions that result?How is it going to be for a 7 year old kid?Can you please explain?

It depends if it's chronic or acute. It's serious because any time something affects your veins it can affect the organs supplied by the veins and *could* cause death. An acute attack can be treated but scarring of the vessels is a possibility.
