How to overcome the side effects of 5-flourouracil & oxplatin?

both are chemotherapy causing severe vasculitis so i want to know if there is anything to be taken to decrease these manifestations or pain

for premed we usually give decadron and kytril, to avoid the usual side effects, ask your md for appropriate pain medication for you...even both these chemos cause vasculitis in the literature, i haven't encountered patients bothered by pain,
