What does this possibly mean?

I have been checked by two doctors ,one gp the other vascular specialist ent and also seen on a regular basis by a nurse friend.. No one seems to think there is anything major wrong with me other than depression.. ok.. I didnt even know i was depressed until told I had post traumatic..Lets skip to what my real concern is.. i have had bizarre symptoms a list that is unbelievable that were all told to me that I was looking to much into myself. Ok. maybe some of it but when I get out in the cold .. my right thumb gets numb and my right arm feels weird.. like stiff.Im in my 50's so could this be arthritis or some kind of blockage from my heart..?i dont know and thats why im asking this here .I know it isnt anxiety its something to do with my arm..I dont have blue fingers.. I dont get faint.. I do get a little short of breath.. that not being a big deal at the altitude we are.. but the thing about it is ,it bothers me..I dont have any symptoms of heart disease at all ..what could be up?

Sounds like poor circulation to me. You may have had frostbite in the past even if you didn't know it and now when you go out in the cold your finger and arm are reacting to the cold.

It could be a problem with blood circulation in your arm.

it could be a form of depression,multiplyed by menopause symtoms. thats the tricky stage of life when you think you are sick but just having hormone imbalances,which in turn give you flashes and glimpses of other diseases.while its perfectly normal to go thru menopause if you don't study it you won't feel normal.

It sounds like a little arthritis and a lot of hypochodria. Try Aspercreme on the sore joints and take some Tylenol.

Let me begin by saying, I'M NO DR. I have heard of back aches being associated with depression, but never the RIGHT arm. It sounds like circulation to me. I might slowly merge into walking (if your able) coupled with a low fat diet. It makes me semi-work. OH, and IF you are indeed depressed, the walking OUTDOORS, will help immensely. Good luck.

HAVE YOU EVER HAD YOUR ARTERY ON BOTH SIDES OF YOUR NECK ULTRASOUNDED? S FRIEND OF MINE WAS HAVING WEIRD SYMPTOMS WITH HIS LEG AND HANDS ETC. TURNED OUT HE WAS 99 % BLOCKED ON HIS LEFT SIDE!!! YOU HAVE TO BE YOUR OWN ADVOCATE AND DEMAND THAT ULTRASOUND!!!! DONT GIVE UP. IT COULDN'T HURT TO TRY!!
