Can someone define this for me what the symptoms are? I had this problem and the symptoms that I had was: stomach pain, alot of clear mucus, itching, burning (but not when going to the bathroom)...I would go to an OBGYN, because this is not something that you can get fixed with over the counter stuff...I had to go on a prescribtion... well i never had this problem but i am a medical assistant and vaginitis usually occurs with odor, itching, redness, swelling, and discharge and usually pain aroung the genital area. well...inflammation of vagina..causes can be any number of organisms,ie,yeasts,bacteria,chlamydia,,... bubble bath and creams and lotions,ie,odor products,can all cause inflammation..now,some women get this thru sexual contact,others,just happens..antibiotics are usually given.symptoms are burning,redness,itching,painful intercouse and discharge..if you have this,see md soon...good luck |
