Bacterial Vaginitis/Vaginosis Won't Go Away? |
I've been tested for STDs and HIV 3x in the passed six months and everythings come back negative. I had sex for the first time in April.06 and it was protected. My last sexual encounter was in June.06 it was also protected. In Aug.06 I noticed a rash on my outer vaginal walls going down from my clitoris to my vagina opening. go back to the doctor it could be a hormone imbalance. Okay, the vaginal area is naturally acidic and sometimes BV occurs when the natural PH balance is out of wack. this can occur after sexual intercourse, around the time of your cycle and it can also be caused because of stress. Birth control pills can cause BV in some females because of the hormones. If you are on Birth control pills try getting on some with lower hormones. Ask your doctor about a medicine called Flagyl. Its a pill for BV and you take it 2 times a day for seven days.BV could be transmitted sexually like if a guy have unprotected sex with a girl with BV then have sex with someone else but this is rare for a guy to transmit this sexually. just keep using condoms to protect yourself because you are more acceptable for STDs if you have BV. I Hope I helped you. grt back to the doctor now Take 2 tbls. apple cider vinegar in a glass of water before a meal for its 93 vitamins and minerals. I too had a long lasting yeast infection and that has cleared me up along with cayenne pepper. Take the apple cider vinegar and mix 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper. The cayenne pepper blasts its way through any infection. It will still itch for a little while, but eventually it will go away. Put cold water on the itching parts. Use pure coconut oil to protect the skin. Old fashioned remedies that really work. Read the apple cider vinegar website along with the cayenne peppper site. Please go back to the dr. It sounds like you could have a hormone imbalance that could be causing some of this. You may need to try your primary care dr if you have one to get an additional opinion on this situation. |
