Had a bacterial vaginitis infection, the cream i used has sat in my vagina for over a week.how do i get it out?

what do i do to get it out. douching is bad but in this scenario is it okay.

I sure do not understand your question. How can a cream "sit" in a vagina. It is usually flushed out by urinating, by walking, nothing remains in the vagina unless you put a pad. Did you read the instructions of how to use the cream? Maybe you ought to read them again and if something is unclear call the manufacturers, they usually have a phone number or look on the
website for their 1800 number.
