Still itch? You may be overtreated. Take a week or so off of all the creams and tests. Don't use soap on your vulva, just keep it clean with warm water and a washcloth, and see if it gets better.

The OTC and prescription creams may have upset your pH balance and irritated your skin, and it may just need a break.

If it's still bothering you after a week, go back to the doc and see if you have a viral infection or some other issue. But give your stuff a little break first. It's delicate and easily upset. :)
