I need help on this? |
ok my lower abdomen has not been hurting but feels sore and also heavy. yesterday i had some pizza which didnt sit to well so i got serious cramps and finally went to the bathromm once i got home[cause i was at school at that time] but it still feels kinna sore...and also the day before yesterday i started excercizing again and did some sit ups. i had my period on the 18 of march so i'll get it between the 16 and the 20th of april. i'm giving you all the info to see why my lower abdomen feels kinna heavy and sore cause honestly i dont want it to be BV [Bacterial vaginitis] or a UTI[Urinary Track Infection]....advice?? also i'm 23 also havent been sexually active in 2 years Personally, I would attribute it more to an intestinal thing than anything else, but to cover all the bases I would add some fiber to make sure things are moving along. I would also up your water intake and add cranberry juice - as much in one day as you can handle. If you can't handle the juice, there are tablets available too. If none of these work there is a homeopathic antibiotic for bacterial infections - Olive Leaf extract. If you are sure your bowels are fine and the cranberry just isn't fixing it, take 1 O.L. 3x/day for 10 days. I would also continue the cranberry - very good for that whole tract anyway. are u alergic to dairy? that can cause it... You are two weeks past the start of your last period, which would indicate it is ovulation time. Sometimes it can be slightly uncomfortable. There is a long explanation, but you can feel nauseous or have loose bowels during your period and ovulation. So none of this sounds serious to me. Go to CVS and tacke some "uristat" and see if it goes away in 2 hours. If so its a uti and should get an antibiotic. But the uristat will hold you over until you do. |
