Periods too long?

I've been spotting since 5th Jan and on and off the flow changes fr light to heavy then back to light again...But it doesn't stopped. Now i'm having wat seems like normal periods. Basically I've been bleeding for a month and counting. I've had a pap smear done in dec, which came out normal. Eventhough I had an itch which was believed to be vaginitis. So should I run more tests? Or its jus hormones? If more tests, wat kinda tests? I've already had a pap smear.

See Your Doctor Immediately. I had that same problem like a week ago. I started my cycle two before christmas and it kept going heavy to light since Jan. 29 and so I went to my doctor and she put me on Birth Control Pills. Even though I'm a Virgin. She put me on Birth Control Pills now my period has stopped. Until the next one. lol. So talk to your doctor and see if you can get on BC Pills

I would go to a doctor ASAP. It is not mormal.

may not sound good but if you are active sexually, then you may want the doctor to check for GC and trich, if you are inactive then you may want an opinion from a gynecologist, good luck
