How can i stop Vaginismus if thats whats wrong?

from my last question some guy said that ( vaginismus) for part of my question so thats why im asking. has anyone ever had this problem to i would like to hear about someone elses exsperience

This will explain it. From your previous question in regards to your intercourse explanation sounds like this. This next link discusses causes and treatment. I'd make an appointment to talk to your doctor as i don't think it is a condition that will go away on it's own.
