Painful penetration - vaginismus?

Hey everyone. Well this is my first time using this so forgive me for ranting on! I'll get to the point. I am 18 and I just started going out with someone about 7 months ago. This is my first boyfriend, and as certain circumstances allow it, we've "messed around" a few times ... However, my vagina seems to be too tight, even for his pinky finger!

I've done some researching and I know that it may be something like vaginismus, not too sure if I remember correctly. All I know is that my vagina's muscles seem to tense up automatically when he is about to finger me, no matter how aroused/lubricated I am.

A few nights ago he fingered me and was attempting to "stretch" my vagina. I felt a slight ripping sensation and it hurt quite a lot. A few droplets of blood ran out, too. I was wondering as to what this could mean? We've been both trying to "work" on my vagina for a while but nothing really works! So, can anyone suggest any info. or tips?

Thank you!

Hey, this thing works quickly! Thanks a bunch guys. Here are a few details I forgot:

- Nope, I don't use tampons!
- He cuts his nails to the skin! So I doubt the bleeding was caused by that.

Again, thank you.

oh girl, dont worry about it. i was the exact same way. so tight he couldnt do anything.
it's just because you're a virgin, they're all that tight in the begninning. im guessing you dont use tampons either, right?
dont worry about it. soon you'll be "stretched" out enough. it just takes a little time.
and dont worry about the blood either. that just happens. happened to me, too.

hope i helped a litle?

You must see a gyneac.

More to the last problem first, his finger nail probably cut you a bit inside with all the pressure - no worry, you'll be fine.

I would suggest hypnosis to deal with the problem itself. I've used it with clients in the past to overcome these same issues. It takes a session or two and all of a sudden your body is so ready to just accept him inside.

well...how has the plumbing been acting?...gynecologist can help ya out at the following source website....

That blood was probably him ripping your hymen. A good thing if you're getting ready for sex.

There are a lot of reasons why you would feel pain.
1. If the person you are trying with is in experience them you will have problems.
2. The older you get when you've decided to have sex the more difficult it becomes.
3. The passage of your vagina seems to be a very narrow one you should consult with a doctor before you damage the walls of your vagina because that is going to be much more painful than what you are feeling now.

Try getting a toy to help stretch u out, it might be embarassing but it will be fun later...
