Anyone here suffered with vaginismus and has overcome it?

what did you do to overcome this set back. i really want to get over it but every time my boyfriend and i get into the mood and sex is next on the list i always think about the pain thats going to come with it.

I'm actually struggling with the same thing myself. I've come across some helpful websites, but I haven't tried anything yet!!
