It is possible. But I think your doctor will suggest alternative therapies to help your wife overcome the disorder before IVF treatment is suggested.

How do you think you can do this yourselves if she suffers from vaginismus? It would be painful for her to even do the turkey baster thing some use. How is she going to withstand childbirth pain when the time comes? I really think you two need to think about the pain factor here since this is why she still has her hymen.
