Is there anyone here who has overcome vaginismus? |
If so, I sure could use some advice and maybe some tips on how to overcome it, too. All answers are greatly appreciated! Pelvic floor muscles tighten up whenever you try to insert anything that it becomes far too painful to wear tampons or have sex. I've never been able to do either because of this, but I am working on it. I was just wondering if there was anyone here who has gone through it. It sure would help to have some tips:( Yes. Also, go to www.vaginismus.com and purchase yourself a set of dilators with instructions. This is ultimately how I overcame the disorder. what is vaginismus.................I guess since i have never heard of it then i have never had it.....sorry that i couldn't help!! |
