If it feels itchy down there, (or if you have a burning sensation) and you have a foul discharge, you may have a yeast infection, which is very easily treated. But you should still go to a doctor just in case, they will know for sure what it is. smelly twat Off hand I would say itching, bad odour, unusual discharge are pretty good signs. The doctor will prescribe some antiibiotic for you to insert .
