Is garlic good for suppository for vaginal yeast infections? Not sure about as a suppository but garlic is a wonderful antiseptic and antibiotic. Cooking with fresh garlic is great! I have heard that. You peel the whole clove and use that. I don't know if it works or not, and it seems like it would smell. I had another kind of infection, an internal one, a couple of years ago, and ate garlic every day. The doctor couldn't believe that I didn't have an infection when I went to see him. No. If you want a home remedy I'd recommend yogurt which balances the bacteria and is been used by naturalists to combat yeast infections. However, you can buy over the counter rememdies without having to go to a doctor. Some are simple 3 day treatments. |
