i have red spots on my vagina it burns when i urinate and i have yellow ordely discharge with a little blood and my urine is dark and yellow Possibly but your symptoms arent typical of candidiasis. Without seeing it myself, I can almost certainly say its a co-infection with HSV and a UTI. You will have to see a gynecologist to determine if and what the UTI is and proper treatment for it. As for the potential HSV infection, they will perform a culture to see if the red spots are infact HSV and discuss treatment. Regardless, no one on here can adequately diagnose your symptoms and better left for your doctor. Sounds like it could be a yeast infection or bacterial infection.......make an appointment to see your doctor before it gets worse.......... Now days, they have a home test kit that you can find out for yourself. It sounds more like a STD...Maybe gonorrhea Honey, you need to see a Doctor, it could Genorrhea, Clymidia, or Syphilis..
