Can yeast infections cause vaginal odor? It can and does. Yes it can. Gawd yes. And usually does !! Nothing like the smell of fresh baked bread. Yummy. I havent had a yeast infection but I have heard that it is nasty ...that it causes odor and cottage cheese discharge ans stuff ...yuck! yes Of course. Yes. Plain yogurt helps, I know it sounds horrible but I have heard it works. yeah yeast has a fowl odor. AH DUH GENIUS. You need to get Monistat Cream. |

I had a recurring infection for about 6 months. Part of it was that I WAS stressed, but it was mostly due to an antibiotic that I had taken. There is a pill as well as several choices of vaginal cream, that will cure a yeast infection.... You could be making the infection worse and also spread it to your partner. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well for additional information. ...Don't use scented tampons Always wear cotton underwear Don't use antibacterial soap down there Wipe front to back, poop has a lot of yeast in it Cut back on baths, hot tubs, or swimmi... May need another round of antibiotics as for the stitches the cut and tear of the delivery can also cause a burning sensation when urinating, becareful with lifting and straining.....bowel movement... Normal vaginal discharge basically has no odour. If your discharge is yellowish and now has an odour, accompanied by itching, that sounds like a yeast infection to me. And yogourt helps for sure ... first of all douching is only going to make things worse. do you have any discharge? don't wait, just go to the dr asap. its probably just a yeast infection, but let the dr check you out. I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well as your OB/GYN (this is if it is a primary care physician writing the prescription, if it is not, then please check with your pharmacist). |
