Hello, Are yeast infections contagious? Vaginal yeast.? |
I ask this because a member in my family has a yeast infection and I'm scared to use the restroom after she goes in. Should I worry? Also, does it go away/curable? You cannot catch a yeast infection from a toilet seat. Yeast infections do go away with treatment. There is a pill as well as several choices of vaginal cream, that will cure a yeast infection. If you think you have one, see your doctor, they will provide a definitive diagnosis and explain your treatment options. I would NOT worry about using the restroom after someone who has a yeast infection. Yeast infection are curable. Many women get them because its very easy too. Your vagina has yeast normally in controlled amounts. You're not going to catch it from the bathroom unless you're reusing her toilet paper! no you should not worry.. it in her vagina.. she just need to go yeast infection thing She need to go buy yeast infection at drug store.. and it does go away...and need to be use for three days.. at night time before going to bed.. because it stay in your body and clean or kill the infection...do not stand after use.. because it will come by out.. so you she should lay down.. for bed.. Unless you're using her bath towel, wearing her dirty underwear or rubbing your private parts together, there is VERY LITTLE chance that you could get it from her. Yeast infections are NOT contagious. They are curable. |
