What are some serious vaginal diseases that 14 year olds can get and what are the symtoms?

Sorry i cant help you

yeast infections, uti, and if you have sex then an std.. lol idk

All of them.

I wouldn't know

a 14 year old can get all of the diseases that a 24 34 or 44 year old can get if she is having unprotected sex with an infected person. The symptoms will vary depending on what you may or may not have. If you are worried about this see a Dr. and do not have sex with any one until you have a green light.

anyone that don't use a condom can catch any disease sometime u can get them even if u do where one , 14 is way too young to be having sex too especialy for u when u don't know any better , wait for sex til u r married

Yeast infection - thick discharge in your panties. This is cured by medicines you can get from the drug store or market. Anything can cause there, from diet to stress to breathing.

Bacterial vaginosis - fishy odor. Cured by prescription antibiotics, which cause a yeast infection. I get these from sweating heavily.

Those are the most common ones, and they are infections, not diseases.

Have your Mom take you to the doctor to make sure.

Sheesh, what a question . . . first off, you should see a doctor! 14 is old enough to start having pelvic exams by a gynecologist and they can help you out.

ASSUMING YOU HAVE NOT HAD SEXUAL RELATIONS WITH ANYONE YET, you probably have a yeast infection or something. You can get those all sorts of ways. There are probably other fungal infections you can get too. Yeast infections are somewhat opportunistic. Sometimes people who have been taking antibiotics become vulnerable to them because the antibiotics wipe out or weaken the harmless bacteria that otherwise fill the niche that the yeast likes. You could also get it if you happen to have a higher-than-typical pH in your nether regions, making it more hospitable to yeastie beasties or if you have been ill or your immune system is run down from stress. Yeast is annoying, itchy and stinky, but not real serious.

You can read about it here:

If you have had sex, some veneral diseases can be quite serious, but all of these are only sexually transmitted. Of the common ones, gonorrhea, and chlamydia can lead to scarring of your fallopian tubes and sterilization. You will feel pretty darn ill all around if it gets that serious. Both are treated with antibiotics. Syphilis is not terribly painful (so I have heard) but if untreated in its advanced stages can ravage your internal organs and kill. There are some nasty images online of people with stage 2 or stage 3 syphilis if you are curious. This one is also treatable with antibiotics.

Herpes is REALLLY uncomfortable and can make you miserable, but I don't think it does any serious damage (though all of these can be quite dangerous to a baby exposed in the birth canal.)

Genital warts I think are more annoying than painful, but the virus that causes them can lead to very serious cervical cancer years down the road.

I am talking through my hat here a bit just from memory of stuff I have read. That site had pretty good material on yeast, and I see it has a general STD section. Just scroll on down. . .

Again, just go to a doctor. This is nothing to be ashamed of of embarassed about, even if it is an STD.
