My wife is sick.......?

She is having a problem with her vaginal canal. It doesn't seem to be getting better with the treatment she is receiving, and she is about to have a biopsy. She doesn't have any diseases or infections.

What could be wrong?

It could be nothing, but it sounds like she is doing the right thing by consulting her doctor and having a biopsy. Speaking from personal experience, I would recommend that you go with her to any and all doctor appointments. I'm sure that she is feeling anxious, maybe a little scared and having you there for moral support is the best thing for her. In addition, since she may be anxious and scared, she may not remember everything that the doctor told her, or not remember to ask all the questions she wanted to ask. I suggest to make a list together before your appointment and bring it with you so that you don't forget anything. Take notes so that you both can remember everything that the doctor said about what is going on and where to do from here.

Talk to her Dr. She should get a second opinion.

I am not a doctor but her uterus could be tilted wrong, she could be having abnormal cells coming up in her pap smears and they need to do a biopsy to rule out any other more serious problems. I would suggest that you go with her to her appointments and ask her physician what he /she suspects is the problem. They most likely will not tell you what they suspect since it can be misleading so after that ask what could cause the problem and make sure you let them know that you understand it can and could be any number of things they fail to mention. it is hard to have an encyclopedia in your head and not everyone has a photographic memory.
