Weird Side-Effects From the Morning-After Pill?

I had sex without a condom with my long-term partner the other day (we usually use condoms - I am not on the pill) and within an hour of intercourse, I took a morning after pill.

The next day, my vagina was EXTREMELY swollen, the inside vaginal walls were 10x more tight than usual (I'm 19, never had children and I've only had 3 sexual partners so its usually very tight down there anyway) - so tight that it had pushed my urethral sponge out so it was exposed!

The second day it was very itchy but today - the third day - it was really sore. It's not as swollen and my urethral sponge has gone inside a bit more but now I have a LOT of thick, white odour-less discharge coming out. Like, pure white. I was wondering - is this the lining of my uterus coming out (as the morning pill sheds this off to prevent pregnancy)? Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms?

Neither I nor my partner have any sexual diseases - we were tested last month and it both came up negative for us.

I think if that were normal you would have been told to expect it. I had the morning after pill about a year ago, I don't particularly remember anything other than an unscheduled period but I didn't take it an hour after, it was more like the day after or maybe even the day after that. I do believe the white discharge may be normal but how much is probably subjective. The swelling is unusual and you could very well be having a side effect to the pill itself. While its a very concentrated version of birth control pills, since you're not on birth control you had no assessment of how you respond to them before hand. The only thing you can really do is see a gynecologist soon so you can relieve the symptoms. It may be a rare side effect but at least your doctor can help you pin point it.
