Vagina cancer? help please?

Hi ,
in stage 3 of vaginal cancer, have surgery appointment for hospital thursday. removing the vagina, anyone have this? anyone know someone who had vaginal cancer? if so let me know what is all involved in treatment and prognoses for stage 3... do we have to have chemo or is the surgery good enough to remove it

Good Luck to you, I haven't experienced this, however stage three cancer is significant and you will most likely need further treatment to kill any "travelers". Make sure to discuss all your concerns with your Dr. - don't hold back! God Bless.
