Vaginal Infectioon?

I got thrush for the first time in my life 2 months ago. Doc. thought it was caused by the menopause. He did a vaginal swab and it showed white cells. Unable to have oestrogen as I have bladder cancer. Is there anything else I can do before going back to him? He did suggest referring me to a gynocologist but not too keen on this... Any help gratefully received,

The best thing to do would be going to a gynecologist. Then you will know exactly what it is, and it will be properly taken care of.
Good luck on this!
