Vaginal dryness?

I am 34 years old and had to have a hysterectomy. I am not taking hrt's, (we have a high rate of breast cancer in our family and I didn't want to add to my high rate). I take a natural herb for the hot flashes (black kosh), and a natural herb for the mood swings. Some days are good some not so good. One of my questions is what do I do about vaginal dryness durning sex. Every since I have had surgery I am extremely dry. I use ky but I don't like the stuff. Any suggestions? Also any suggestions on a good diet for menopausal women? Thanks in advance.

Pjur Eros is a brilliant brand of lube, very silky, and available world wide! I own a Lingerie/Adult toy business and that is the only brand that I will recommend! It also comes in various flavours but original in the black bottle is the best! very moisturising too, and it will not stain sheets!

try getting more into it with more foreplay and oral sex. if u eat a balanced diet dont worry to much keep weight under control and maybe u can talk to the gyno just call in and ask for a tip thanks buh bye

Eros lube in 10 times better than KY. Post-menopausal women need a lot of calcium, so make sure you're either eating it (dairy products or green leafy veggies) or taking a supplement.

Astroglide.

BTW, I read recently that Japanese women have very low rates of hot flashes and researchers thing it is because they have a lot of soy in their diet. You might consider that to help your hot flashes. I'm trying to convince my Mom (who still gets them at 74), but we have yet to find something we like (I have suggested soy milk smoothies).

Maybe you can try herbal products called 'Manjakani' (Oak Gall) gel. It helps to lubricates and tighten the vagina.
