Cervical Cancer or Condition? |
Vaginal ultrasound good not cysts or endometriosis, pelvic ultrasound good, blood work good, slight anemia, abdominal cramps, indigestion, gas, vaginal twinges and pain inside, right side of body weak with feeling of bad circulation, walking precipitates pain in pelvic region and right side of body, upper GI w/small bowel follow thru results not in, pap done sept. 7th results not in yet. Cervical mucus, like egg whites, sometimes blood streaked, periods went from 6 days down to two.... womans' age is 35, tubal ligation in 1998, she is not pregnant, all the symptoms are new, her last two periods were reduced to two days and the mucus has been ongoing since the first abnormal period, the gas, indigestion, weight loss of over 20 pounds lasted for three weeks, she found relief when her second abnormal period began, she had a couple rectal bleeds two months prior to the mucus, bright red blood that filled the bowl, hemroids from child birth she didn't think anything of it, was nauseous during time of being bloated, gas, and indigestion...says all symptoms are new, and has had pink on toilet paper for few months after sex, but sex is not painful... any ideas? I cant really give you a good answer on what may be the problem but I did want to mention that endometriosis can not be detected on an ultrasound, unless it is a type of cyst called an endometrioma. Endo can only be detected through a minimally invasive surgery called a laparoscopy. It seems that several of good tests are being run and I do hope you find an anwswer soon, but just beware that it is impossible to exclude endo as a possibility unless a lap is performed by a dr. knowledgable in endo. |
