Vaginal Lump?

I'm a 15 year old female, and have a small lump on my vagina where my underwear sits.
my mum died a few month ago, and i am no where near close to any other family, enough to tell them about it.
i really dont wanna go to the doctor as i would have to have a parent present with me being under 16.
my mum, 2 aunties and grandparent suffer or have sufferd from cancer, and my mum had skin cancer

please someone be blunt and tell me the truth.

Vaginal and vulval warts have quite a wide range of appearance and the complicating factor is that the normal linings of that area of the body are very folded and lumpy anyway. Do you have a family clinic/health Dept.. You din't have to have a parent to go there with you and it is usually free. Are you sexually active? It could be a STD. I doubt it is cancer, at your age.VERY RARE!!!

you HAVE to see a doctor about this. you cannot be diagnosed over the internet by ppl who dont have any medical knowledge....

You did not say were your mom had skin cancer at. Was it in the area you are having a lump or someplace else same with your other family members. you could have an ingrown hair and those can be pain full if they are not removed or taken care of in some way. But you are concerned with this and do to your family history It would be to your BEST INTEREST to see a medical person about this.At least it can remove the doubt.

If it has pointed niple on that lump, then it may pass out some pulse and you will get relieved ok. But if it does not have any niple then i will advice you to go to the doctor for test.

it might be a normal lump, a wart a large hea spot or something else, you can go to the doctor at any age so just go there and dont be embarassed, theyve seen everythign before

I'm very sorry to hear about your mum.
My advice is to go to the GP, you don't have to go with a parent, honestly!
Don't get wound up thinking it's cancer, sweetie, just get it checked out as it could be something much less serious.
Hope things get better for you.
