I'm really scared. Please Help. HEALTH Q&A.?

OK so.
I'm really scared because ever since today,
I have been getting this weird stingy pain
near my vagina [not exactly on it]
but around the certain spot.

I don't think this can be an infection,
because I don't have burning when I pee,
or have had any sexual intercourse.

My period is supposed to come tomorrow,
or maybe in like a few days [if I'm a little late].
Can this be a premenstrual sign?
My friend told me it can be vaginal cancer.
I'm a teenager with no sexual activity,
but I don't know the chances of getting cancer.
I'm really scared, does anyone have any
suggestions?

Oh hun it's not vaginal cancer. Don't be scared. It could be that you scratched yourself in your sleep or have a bit of chafing, etc. If it persists for more than a few days, tell your mom or talk to a doctor. You should be just fine. Sometimes, these things just happen.

You probably do not have cancer.
It could be something as simple as an ingrown hair.
If it doesn't ease up in a few days, call the doctor.

it happens once in a while, may be an ingrown hair. sometimes your skin can have funny sensations for no reason. i seriously doubt you have cancer...
