It's possible that an untreated infection could lead to further disease, including pelvic inflammatory disease, infertility, or other complications. Well an ifection that last that long cant be good i would think. I would consult a doctor about it. It should have been taken care of a long time go. Being that it's been so long it might have caused other damages unnoticable. Check with a doc asap. Depend on what type your infection do you have?
