Why is it hard to get your stomach to go down when you have uterine fibroids?

If the fibroids are big (like the size of an embroy of some weeks) its very possible the stomach is not flat, if this is what you meant.

Because fibroids are tumors and they don't come and go. The only way to get rid of them is through surgery.
