Can uterine fibroid be cancerous? |
I have 8 fibroids and i am pre-medi-pausel.can they be cancerous? they may turn cancerous ,..seek medical attention to keep all things in control. Statistically speaking, I understand it to be highly unlikely. yes any fibroid CAN be cancerous but that doesnt mean any of them are...if you are getting them removed they will biopsy them automatically after taking them out.... Considering you don't know how to spell perimenopause, you need to seek the advice of a good doctor and have him explain things to you much better than your current understanding. Fibroids simply mean that you have some growths within the muscle of your uterus and this is very common. Can they be cancerous, possibly. Only a biopsy will determine this. |
