Period/blood after orgasm from masturbation?

Ok, first off I have endometriosis, a uterine disease so i know i have problems "down there" but every time I orgasm from masterbation I bleed, sometimes for days, but if I orgasm from any type of orgasm that I have not given myself I dont bleed. At first I figured the orgasm caused a uterine contraction which caused it, but that would only make sence if it happened with all orgamsms. So any questions aren't asked I dont do anything internal to myself so I know it isn't tearing and I'm sorry if the question was a little too graphic 4 u.

Are the orgasms you cause yourself more intense than during intercourse?

Im guessing that it's probably the difference in the way you reach orgasm (like you said) that seems to be the issue.
but honestly, I would just ask your doctor about it.
Im not too familiar with the disease, but it doesn't sound fun, im sorry. I just don't want anything bad happening to you!

There are several distinct possibilities for your malady, but you would be far better off seeing your gyn about this one. I am a former nurse, and I don't feel comfortable guessing on this one.
