I have been having pelvic pain and uterine bleeding. i know it could be cancer-but what about something else?

You don't say if you are past menopause? If this is occuring after menopause, you truly need to see your doc ASAP. If you are still menstruating, it could be a number of problems ranging from adenomyosis, cysts, Endometriosis and fibroids, to dysfunctional uterine bleeding for a reason your doc can help you pinpoint. Run - dont walk to your nearest doctor.. You may have something totally benign but dont sit around and wait for answers. This could be any number of things. A tubal pregnancy, endometriosis, cancer.. PLease go and find out about it..NOW

it could be a BENIGN sist. But definitely have it checked by a gynecologist....right away!!

You could have an STD or an infection.Fibroids,
non-cancerous tumors,are also a possibility.Just see a doctor as soon as possible.
