I have cancer, but I want to loose a little weight.?

Hi, I'm 18/5'7/140lbs. I have cancer, so this question is kinda odd I think.
Just last month I weighed 130 before I started taking my cancer medication. Its not chemo, but hormone therapy for I have uterine cancer. Now, I've always tried to stay fit but this has become a problem since the cancer issue makes me exhausted to do anything, especially exercise. I work retail, so in a sense that is a little exercise but lately haven't had alot of hours so i've been at home... alone. With food. I usually am so good at not over endulging but with the medicine is like I forgot my since of when enough is enough. I always seem to be wanting sweets. I want to stop this endulgence before I gain WAY too much weight. I've always tried to stay fit as I said. The little bit I do at home is play DDR, and I can't play for too long without becoming exchausted. I've also played wii sports. Its not real good exercise but I'm trying. Anyone know of any easy ways to exercise at home? Thanks. :)

Don't try to lose weight until you've recovered from the cancer treatment. You need all the strength and nutrients you can get. Eat healthy foods, but don't limit what you eat. You can always lose weight when you're healed.

This is not the time to diet. It is the time to eat totally healthy foods in sensible portions. Find out what you can about microbiotic foods.

bless your heart.... and take it easy
