If your mother, aunts, grandmother had ovarian & uterine problems?

are you more likely to develop problems as well?
All the women in my family had either ovarian cysts, uterine cancer, crevical cancer, or infertility...am I more likely to develop the same problems?

what's scary is that they all had these issues around 23-35. Most of the women had to have a hysterectomy by 30!
I'm scared, I don't want that to happen to me.

My grandmother died of ovarian cancer... I had it when I was in my 20's but they got it right away and it was taken care of ...I really don't know if there was any relation but I have had alot of female problems through my life...just get your regular check up and stay on to of it...

You have enough markers to point you in that direction

Absolutely, get yourself checked out regularly. It's better to be safe than sorry.

im a man but studying for a doctor so more than likely you will in very few cases you will not develop it but most of the time you take up after it like they took it from there mom

yes you are more likely. it is good that you know your family history, so that you can inform your doctor.

yes this is a real posibility. go to your doctor and get tested.or you could just skip a generation

in some cases that is true, but many have been proven wrong. but just to make sure if i were you i would go to my doctor and see if you can arrange some kind of check up for some time to see where you stand with everything

you have more of a chance then a woman that has no family history of uterine problems

Most likely yes you will have one or the other. But if you go to the doctor and get it checked out and taken care ASAP then you could get the treatment and not have them when you get older.
