Did you know you may be able to prevent ovarian cancer??? |
I'm not talking cures here. Some scientists believe that suppressing ovulation may greatly reduce the chance of getting ovarian and uterine cancers. This is because before the 20th century, women had only about 100 periods in their entire life, whereas modern women have up to 5 times as many. Interesting. Too long to read now, but some of the ideas in the article are fascinating. Living with the African tribespeople sounds like an amazing experience. Very good article. |
