Urticaria in england?


Hi I am an indian , developed urticaria in india about 4 months ago. In england it got aggrevated, altho it was summer there the temprature would vary between 15-16. I wish to settle down in england I am worried with my skin condition , how would I survive the winter. - Does any one have urticaria - how do you deal with it. Even when cold air hits me - or i put ice cube on my hand I get the bumps all over my body.
