I suffer rom urticaria .also delayed pressure urticaria causing huge lumps where everpressure is applied?

if i lean on my elbow ,i get a huge lump ,labels on clothing can cause huge lumps on my skin ,seams etc can anyone help

avoid the stuff that does it to you, sew felt or silk over inner of zips and seams, anti-inflamitory tabs or cream / anti histamine cream may help you need ot talk to doc to get it sorted. my hubby had the prob as a teanager, but used anti inflams and seems to have grown out of it
