I have chronic urticaria...what can i do?

Took allergy test...eosinophils are normal so its not food or chemical related.
Took thyroid and rheumatoid blood test....its not that
Doc says its stress related and gave me xanax.
I started a new job, studying for RD exam, wife wants a baby, fixing up my house. so i know i am stressed, plus i go to bed at 10 or 11 at night, and i have to work many mornings from 4:30 am to 1:30 pm.

im taking xanax, as well as zyrtec with zantac 75 (h1 and h2 blocker)

In 2 weeks i will have my 10th year anniversary battling chronic uticaria. Since im 19, i've been battling it for a while now. So.... You probably dont' have much to worry about unless you've had hives for years, most times they go away within a few months or weeks even. Since your blood tests were all clear and healthy, raging hormones such as mine or stress is the likely cause, unless you've been washing your laundry with new detergent or fabric softner (i wish it was that easy to fix) your hives will likely dissapear when your stress levels drop again.

I also take xantax and zyrtec once a day. Most chronic uticaria is as they call it idiopathic meaning the doctor is a stupid moron and can't find a cure, or in other words there are no answers to why you are getting these hives. Xantax and Zyertec should be enough to supress the welts. If not try icing it down or stand next to the a/c for a few mintues. If it get's really bad try using an anti-itch cream. But thats bascially all the control you have over your body; is to stop the itching.

I once asked my doctor if stress was a factor in my chronic hives, and his reply was yes, all sorts of diseases come about when your under tons of stress. The best cure for your hives is to try to stay relaxed take it one step at a time and worry about now and not about the 500 pages of stuff you need to read for your up coming exam.
