I have a chronic urticaria are there any medicine for it?

have you been to a dermatologist? they can prescribe meds
such as antihistamines or cortisone, or topical meds.

chronic urticaria requires treatment by a doctor. ask.

my 10 year old daughter has chronic unexplained hives also. she has had them since about 3/4 years old. she had all the tests and medications out there. her dr has us use clairtin to help, oatmeal baths, oatmeal lotion, or a cortaid cream. the schools freak when she gets them, although she is in no way a hazard to anyone. they can get rather large and nasty looking. i have found that natural (cotton)light clothing is best, the heat makes hers worse, try to keep cool. she has learned to "take care" of herself and not stress about them. stress can make them worse. talk to your dr about the many medications that may help and good luck
