How do you treat Urticaria Chlolenergic ?

Treatment
Cholinergic urticaria can be treated by limiting strenuous exercise. It responds well to a medication called hydroxyzine, which is an antihistamine. However, the main side effect of sleepiness is often not tolerated well. Showering with hot water may cause a release of histamine throughout the body depleting histamine stores and causing a 24-hour refractory period.

Urticaria Cholenergica is a disease process in which excessive bile salts are produced and get into blood circulation.Liver/gall bladder obstruction is the cause. The cause is to be investigated by a doctor and removing the cause cures the condition.

lissaca is right but i suggest you cypro heptidin instead of hydroxyzin it work the same and you will get used to its sedative effects after a short while and you wonot be sleepy any more and also agood advise is try to not have sudden exposres from hot room to acold place or aso to a cool pool and try to have gradual entering to this places or you can wear an extra cloyh and after a few momentes from being in new situation take it off and enjoy the new environment it really works just try this.....
