Anybody out there with delayed pressure urticaria? |
Anybody out there with delayed pressure urticaria? I have pressure urticaria. But I don't know if it's delayed or not. I would assume so since it takes a little bit of time after the fact for the hives to show but they always show within six hours or so. yes, I have had DPU for about 7 years now. At first the Drs. tried using heavy doses of anithistimine but that didn't work, so I have unfortunately been on prednisone daily for about 6 1/2 years. I started with 30 mg a day but am down to 10mg a day. I think my symptons are getting lighter. Taking steriods helped me live (mostly) normal all this time, but I hope to taper off even more... if you have any questions on my experience.. let me know. take care and take it easy! |
