there is really no way to tell. heavy usage last longer than short term usage, but on the other hand one time havy usage takes longer to get out because your body has to recognize it before it starts to excrete it. lots of factors like metabolism (i suggest excercising a lot) tolerance and dosage have a lot to do with it. generally 30 days is a good approximation but i have heard of some that have smoke chronically but had that super fast metabolism and managed to pass after only a few days of smoking.

they say 30 days but there is a tea that you can drink prior to the test that makes it clean but best bet is to flush out your system with lots and lots of water
