I have not had a period since 2/8/06. I have taken several home urine tests which have all been negative, but

my body is telling me that I am pregnant. I am in my 30's and have never missed a period in my life. Is it possible that I could be pregnant?

You need a test for blood levels of a hormone called hCG (aka "the pregnancy hormone") as a follow-up. See your doctor, and the lab can determine this fairly easily.

It is very possible that you're pregnant. Call your doctor and get a blood test. If you're not pregnant, you may have a hormone problem.

My girlfriend had the same problem and I literally **** my pants when she told me. But sometimes stress and pressure can extend the period to a month, two or sometimes three so don't worry because my girlfriend had it after 72 days!! and all her tests were negative and when done several times with the same result they are relatively accurate. Me too! I haven't gotten my period since February and took tests and they are all negative. But I've always been irregular though. You should take a blood test to make sure your are not pregnant. My sister in law took many urine tests and they all came out negative but she WAS pregnant. We have my little nephew to prove!

It's definitely possible that you could be, but there are other possibilities.

For one, you could be not eating properly or anemic, especially if you have a thin build. I would suggest checking with your doctor to see if you're anemic or something, because that could just be your body's way of telling you that you need to gain weight or aren't getting the right nutrients to have a healthy pregnancy.

If you had a history of irregular periods, I would suggest that it could be PCOS. But you haven't missed one before--I would suggest getting a pregnancy tests at a clinic as it would be more reliable than home pregnancy tests. It could be stress, hormone fluctuations, all sorts of things. If you're not pregnant and you miss more than one period, though, that warrants seeing a doctor.
