For minors: when you go to the doctor for a physical, do the normal urine tests find thc, do they tell mom/dad |
when they piss test you for a physical, will they find thc, and if so will they, or are they allowed to tell your parents? First of all, a urine sample is not routinely done during a physical. Second, there are rules on doctor-patient confidentiality that your doc would have to break in order to do that. there is patient/doctor confidentiality. but i am not shure otherwise I dont know if theyll find it but yeah if your under 18 then they have to tell your parents. The doctor-patient confidentiality thing doesnt kick in until your 18 (Im pretty sure) if you are under 18 yes they tell your parents but if you are older 18 or older they will ask you first if you want them to kno for minors, I would say yes.... |
